Deoxaluminite坡口漆 Deoxaluminite是鋁為基礎，防銹，焊接式金屬底漆，能在焊接工序期間保護經處理的鋼鐵表面，避免在等待焊接期間出現生銹 ，它在美國已有超過50年的工業應用，廣泛應用于高壓蒸汽船舶，核電及電力設備，重型建筑行業，船舶建造或任何鋼需要腐蝕保護的地方。 Deoxaluminite含的配方，可防止生銹及腐蝕，同時也具有可焊性。對于到工地現場才要焊接的焊道，可以在工廠內，于焊接坡口，機械加工或清潔完成后，涂上Deoxaluminite，如此可以保證焊接坡口的可焊性， 不但增加了焊道的質量，也降低了工地處理焊道的成本。此外，Deoxaluminite有抵制產生氣孔的作用。在涂上Deoxaluminite后焊接時可以減少針孔及氣泡的產生，并且改善金相，能使焊接后的金屬，有較細的金屬顆粒。 Deoxaluminite也同時使成型的焊道較為平滑，減少焊道的表面張力。Deoxaluminite不含有鋅及其他會影響焊道延展性及伸長性的重金屬。 焊接高合金鋼時焊接坡口預處理必須非常的清潔，才能保證焊接的質量及X-ray的檢查，但是這種高合金鋼非常容易生銹，往往清潔好還沒有焊就生銹了，尤其是過了一段時間沒焊的話，必須又花很大的人力及時間來做除銹工作，但是涂了Deoxaluminite后，上述的問題就不存在了。此外，由于Deoxaluminite中含有少量的鋁，可以改變溶焊時的金相產生較細的顆粒，并防止其氧化。 包裝規格： Deoxaluminite有1加侖、 5加侖和55加侖桶裝，計算用量的話，預計一加侖1mil干膜厚度的覆蓋率為440~725平方英尺，實際用量取決于金屬表面性狀和Deoxaluminite的涂刷方法。 ModelDeoxaluminite DescriptionWeld-through pait, which is rust and corrosion inhibitor.
