Abstract:
1. Part of the body of the product is formed by the casting process in one time, and after a long time of aging treatment. Compared with the slab process, the long-term use of the shape variable is smaller, and can adapt to a variety of harsh environment;
2. Car paint, paint grade is high, scratch resistance ability is strong, use for many years is still bright as new;
4. Rockwell hardness can be directly displayed on the touch screen, and Brinell and Vickers hardness can also be displayed on the screen through high-definition optical system measurement;
5. The loading, unloading and load preserving process of the motor control test force can better reduce the human operation error;
6. Lever afterburner, frictionless spindle, high test force accuracy;
7. With cylindrical and spherical automatic correction function, and corresponding prompts;
8. The maximum and minimum values of hardness can be set. When the test value exceeds the set range, an alarm sound will be issued;
9. With software hardness correction function, can directly modify the hardness value within a certain range;
10. With database function, the test data can be automatically saved in groups, each group can save 10 data, can save more than 2000 data;
13. The number of test sites in each group can be set freely within the range of 1 to 10 points;
14. The system automatically calculates the maximum value, minimum value, average value and standard deviation of the hardness value of each group;
