Technical description of an instrument

According to the dyeing condition of the fabric on the rubbing head, the fastness to friction of various types of automotive interior parts can be tested.

Two structural principles
The sample is fixed on the arc platform of vibration shape, and the rubbing head with weight requirement is pressed on the sample and reciprocated, and the grade is evaluated according to the dyeing of the lining fabric on the rubbing head. The counter of the single chip microcomputer allows the friction times to be preset to complete the task of self-stop.
