KJYW-10A type light scattering visible foreign body analyzer is designed and developed by Tianjin Kanghui Hongmei Technology Co., LTD., mainly used for automatic detection of visible foreign bodies (glass chips, metal chips, fibers, hair, white spots, white pieces, etc.) in injection (ampoules, Xylin bottles), and issue the corresponding test report.
By using a manual single sampling method, the visible foreign matter in the sample is detected by rotating the sample at high speed and conducting dynamic image acquisition and analysis, which fully meets the detection requirements of light scattering method contained in the General rules of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition.
The instrument can be calibrated by visible foreign body standard particles to ensure the accuracy of detection accuracy. The software has rights management and audit trails, and can export and back up data and reports.
