KJYW-20Z automatic visible foreign body analyzer According to the “Visible foreign body inspection Method” in the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” 2020 edition of the general rules for the inspection of visible foreign bodies contained in injection solutions and other preparations, mainly using the principle of machine vision to identify and detect visible foreign bodies. The tested sample is stopped at a high-speed rotation, the industrial camera takes continuous photos to obtain a number of pictures, the computer system analyzes and compares, so as to determine whether the tested sample is qualified, and automatically distinguish qualified products from unqualified products, and issue a test report.
The instrument adopts fully automatic design and control, with automatic sampling, automatic detection, automatic discrimination, and can classify samples and issue reports. Sample placement adopts 44-station disk structure design, with double-station detection and determination area distribution, and can detect 20 samples and 2 standard products at a time. The software has four level permission management and work log functions, which fully meet the requirements of computerized management of GMP.
