YI、TCFS-34型全自動低溫柔度儀功能簡介：
全自動低溫柔性試驗(yàn)儀是電動數(shù)顯低溫柔性試驗(yàn)儀的改款升版，制冷箱體采用不銹鋼制作，的工藝了溫度控制精度在 ±1℃，低溫度可達(dá)-35℃。柔度儀也是采用不銹鋼制作，特點(diǎn)：操作簡單，工作效率高。低溫柔度試驗(yàn)儀是為了防水卷材低溫柔度檢測開發(fā)的,符合國標(biāo)GB/T328.14，此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中明確規(guī)定低溫柔度測試,必須采用機(jī)械自動測試,避免人為因素產(chǎn)生影響。

使用方法
三、TCFS-34型全自動低溫柔度儀使用方法：
啟動鍵：當(dāng)時(shí)間溫度設(shè)定好試驗(yàn)條件準(zhǔn)備好以后，按下啟動鍵試驗(yàn)自動完成。
停止鍵：當(dāng)電機(jī)上升、下降的時(shí)候，按下停止鍵電機(jī)停止。
上升鍵：按下上升鍵，彎曲軸上升。
下降鍵：按下下降鍵，彎曲軸下降。
設(shè)定鍵：按下設(shè)定鍵，設(shè)定指示燈亮，此時(shí)左邊窗口顯示設(shè)定時(shí)間，右邊窗口顯示設(shè)定溫度。
試驗(yàn)定要根據(jù)試驗(yàn)要求設(shè)定好所需溫度和時(shí)間，方法是按下設(shè)定鍵，設(shè)定指示燈亮，溫度窗口數(shù)字開始閃爍，輸入需要設(shè)置的溫度，（按上升鍵數(shù)字增加，按下降鍵數(shù)字減少，按設(shè)定鍵，數(shù)字可移位），按設(shè)定鍵將數(shù)字移到溫度窗口第位數(shù)閃爍，在上升或下降鍵為﹣數(shù)，再按為正數(shù)，輸入需要設(shè)置的時(shí)間，連續(xù)按設(shè)定鍵將閃爍數(shù)字移到時(shí)間窗口，在按上升鍵數(shù)字增加，按下降鍵數(shù)字減少，按設(shè)定鍵，數(shù)字可移位，時(shí)間，溫度設(shè)定完畢后按停止鍵數(shù)據(jù)儲存，儀表返回工作狀態(tài)。如按下啟動鍵，時(shí)間自動清零，當(dāng)溫度達(dá)到所設(shè)置溫度時(shí)，時(shí)間開始計(jì)時(shí)，達(dá)到所設(shè)置時(shí)間時(shí)，開始報(bào)警，彎曲軸自動頂著試件上升，如不按啟動鍵，按上升或下降鍵為手動控制
標(biāo)定溫度；

五、TCFS-34型全自動低溫柔度儀注意事項(xiàng)：
1、柔度儀在工作中，嚴(yán)禁直接用手觸摸儀器殼體，以防低溫下凍傷手。
2、在取放試件時(shí)，戴上手套以防凍傷手，可用鑷子夾住試件放入。
3、使用儀器時(shí)必須接地。
4、儀器停用，拔掉電源，提出試驗(yàn)桶，擦拭干凈，存放在通風(fēng)干燥處。
